FLEA MARKET CONTRACT - 2011
(THIS IS NOT A FOOD VENDOR CONTRACT)

25th ANNUAL
MENGES MILLS HISTORIC HORSE, STEAM, AND GAS ENGINE SHOW
(HELD AT THE YORK COUNTY 4-H CENTER ON THE STOVERSTOWN ROAD)

Show Dates: July 16& 17, 2011
(Set-up date July 15, 2011)

The cost of each space is $35.00

There are three choices for spaces: 12'x12' inside barn area, 14'x16' under the eaves of the barn, and 24'x24' outside. The outside spaces are approximate.

******VENDOR MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE******
Under special circumstances, with a written note sent to Hanna Furst, 317 N. Schoolhouse Rd., Thomasville, PA 17364; prior to show date, partial refund may be allowed.

NO alcoholic beverages are allowed on the grounds. Nuisance items of any kind, pornography, water pistols, etc., will not be allowed. No food or drinks are to be sold by flea market vendors.

Camping is allowed on the show grounds, but NO electrical hook-ups will be provided. All vendors are to be packed up and have all their possessions removed from the show grounds by 6 PM the last day of the show.

There is to be no riding of motorized vehicles through the flea market area, such as golf carts, tractors, motorcycles, go carts, lawn mowers, etc.

The MENGES MILLS HISTORIC HORSE, STEAM, AND GAS ENGINE ASSOCIATION will not be responsible for theft or accidents. Sales Tax and Sales Tax Numbers are the responsibility of the vendor.

VENDOR'S EMPTY BOXES ARE TO BE TAKEN HOME AND NOT LEFT FOR THE CLUB TO DISPOSE OF.
